Manuscript. Early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum
(oblong format, 375 x 247 mm) containing 6 tracts of largely
unrelated sheets and fascicles, all English, late 17th and early
18th centuries. The foliation sequence is a continuation of that
of Mus. 1141a-c. Foliation slightly adjusted in July 1999.

draft keyboard work by Richard Goodson Sr; English, last quarter
of 17th century.
- Mus. 1141d (ff. 129-31) (also f. 134). Composing scores for
four movements a minor, copied by Copyist Z; English, probably
early 18th century. Probably part of the repertory of the Oxford
city/university waits or 'musick'.
- Mus. 1141d (f. 132). [Jean] Baptist [Lully], 'Magicians' [=
Première Entrée: les Musiciens, from 'La Pastorale
Comique', LWV 33/1], copied in score by Copyist Y; English, early
18th century.

suite or 'set' in e minor, copied by Copyist Z; English, probably
early 18th century. Probably part of the repertory of the Oxford
city/university waits or 'musick'.
