Manuscript. Anon. [?Giovanni Paolo Fusetti], 'Exurgite mortales' for soprano, strings and continuo. Score; copyist unidentified, presumably Italian, late 17th century.

Oblong format, 305 x 147 mm. 16 folios; collation not ascertained because of the tightness of the binding. Foliation largely added by the copyist. Unused ruled staves on ff. 16r-v. Early 20th-century binding of stiff cardboard and vellum; no trace remains of any earlier binding. No early bookplate. 19th-century shelfmark: I.4.100.

Provenance: from the Aldrich bequest, first listed in Dowding (main hand), item M.4.3, as part of the following entry: 'Anthems viz. Cum Invocarem &c. In te Domine speravi.
