Manuscript. [Giovanni Paolo] Fusetti, Magnificat for 4 voices, 2 violins and continuo. Score; copyist unidentified, presumably Italian, late 17th century.

Oblong format, 303 x 157 mm. 28 folios; collation not ascertained because of the tightness of the binding. Foliation is modern. Unused ruled staves on ff. 1r-v and 28v. Early 20th-century binding of stiff cardboard and vellum; no trace remains of any earlier binding. No early bookplate. 19th-century shelfmark: I.4.99.

Provenance: from the Aldrich bequest, first listed in Dowding (main hand), item M.4.3, as part of the following entry: 'Anthems viz. Cum Invocarem &c. In te Domine speravi. Exurgite Mortales, &c. & a Magnificat all with Instrumts del Revdo. P. Fusetti. (See below for the other manuscripts to which this entry refers.)
