Single sheet; the upper left-hand corner is torn away. Bound into Mus. 1142b, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate. Provenance unknown. Possibly shelved within the Portfolios at position I.2.ε, which according to Havergal Summary included '5 odes in English, 4 in Latin', although the reference 'I.2.ε' is not written on Mus. 1142b (ff. 64) itself.
