Manuscript. An unidentified, unattributed and evidently incomplete copy of an instrumental work in F major, presumably for violin (fully notated) and continuo (largely missing), in several sections, one of them marked 'Fuga'. Notated in score; copyist unidentified; presumably English, 2nd half of 17th century. An image of the upper half of the recto of this folio can be viewed here.

Single sheet, upright format, 483 x 360 mm., formerly folded into eight. Bound into Mus. 1141c, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate.
