Upright format, 300 x 233 mm. Two bifolios, bound consecutively. Unused ruled staves on f. 90r. No early bookplate. Bound into Mus. 1141b, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum.

Provenance: presumably from the Goodson bequest, but not recorded in any of the 18th-century catalogues of the Christ Church collections.
