Upright format, all c. 330 x 200 mm. Five bifolios, nested as follows:

• ff. 54v and 63: [viola]. Unused ruled staves on ff. 54 and 63v.
• ff. 55v and 62: 'Vi[olin] 2d'. Unused ruled staves on ff. 55 and 62v.
• ff. 56v and 61: 'Vi[o]lino 1mo'. Unused ruled staves on ff. 56 and 61v.
• ff. 57v and 60: '2d Hautboy'. Unused ruled staves on ff. 57 and 60v.
• ff. 58v-59: '1st Hautboy'. Unused ruled staves on ff. 58 and 59v.

Bound into Mus. 1141a, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate.
