Manuscript. 'First Trebles' instrumental part for 12 unidentified movements, apparently in 4 suites (movements 1-4: c minor; 5-6: B flat major; 7-10: A major; 11-12: g minor); movements 1 and 5 are both headed 'overture'. English, early C18th, copyist unidentified.

Bifolio; upright format, 326 x 205 mm. Bound into Mus. 1141a, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate.

Provenance unknown; presumably from either the Aldrich or the Goodson bequests.
