The component sheets have been arranged into ten fascicles (labelled 'A-K'), each of which is now bound into a folder of thin card and mounted impermanently on cords within an early 20th-century folder of stiff card and vellum (upright format, 390 x 270 mm). No early bookplate. Formerly Mus. 1138.

Upright format, 375 x 260 mm. Fascicle of 4 nested bifolios, with an additional folio (f. 6) pasted to f. 5v; 9 folios in total. Foliation was added in March 2003, and will not be visible in microfilms made before that date. Unused ruled staves on ff. 1v, 6r and 8v-9v. Annotations of f. 1r by Havergal (in pencil) and York Powell (in ink).
Provenance: not recorded in any early catalogue until Havergal Summary, where the fascicles are collectively listed among the Portfolios at position I.2.β, item 16: 'Te Deum, Jubilate & an anthem by Savery. MS. XVIII cent:'. In Mus. 1202 itself, the portfolio reference 'I.2.β' is written in red crayon on f. 1r of Mus. 1202(A).
