Upright format, 387 x 255 mm. Main gathering of five nested bifolios (= 10 folios), followed by a single bifolio; 12 folios in total, paginated 1-[24] in modern pencil. Unused ruled staves on pp. 1-2 and [24]. Early 20th-century binding of thick card and vellum. Bookplate 2 on p. 2. 19th-century shelfmark: K.3.89.

Provenance: from the Aldrich bequest, listed in Archives 1717, position H37, as 'Miserere Mei Deus a Lat[in]: Hymn'; there is an equivalent entry in Dowding.
