Upright format, 307 x 195 mm. Single gathering of 3 nested bifolios (= 6 folios); the sixth leaf has been excised; unfoliated. Wrappers of thin paper, inscribed 'Organ part'; bound in a folder of modern card, and mounted impermanently on a cord within an early 20th-century folder of thick card, together with Mus. 777, 779. No early bookplate. 19th-century shelfmark: K.3.83.

Provenance not ascertained; possibly transmitted with Mus. 777, 779, and therefore from the Aldrich bequest.
