Upright format, 335 x 215 mm. 17 folios; originally a single gathering of nine nested bifolios = 18 folios, of which the 15th folio has been excised. Unfoliated. Unused ruled staves on ff. [15v-17v]. Retains original covers of thin white card. Bookplate 2 on inside upper cover. Now within an early 20th-century binding of thick card and vellum. 19th-century shelfmark: K.3.66.

Provenance: from the Aldrich bequest, listed in Archives 1717, item K22, as 'Mr Patrick's Morning Service'. In Mus. 761 itself, the shelfmark 'K.22' is written on the inside original upper cover.
