Upright format, 295 x 200 mm. Two fascicles, the first of 5 nested bifolios (= 10 folios, now pp. 200-19), the second of 6 nested bifolios (= 12 folios, now pp. 220-43); 22 folios in total. Unused staves on the outside pages (pp. 200 and 243). Now bound as pp. 200-243 of Mus. 49, a late 18th-century guardbook bound in white parchment over boards; pagination is modern.

Provenance unknown, but presumably from either the Aldrich or the Goodson bequest.
