Provenance unknown; almost certainly not connected with Mus. 338, which is a different edition in a dissimilar binding. The earliest catalogue entry for Mus. 339 is by Havergal.

Oblong format, 179 x 122 mm. Late C17th wrappers of marbled paper, now within an early C20th binding of stiff card and vellum with ties. No early shelfmark or bookplate. C19th shelfmark: I.4.51.
