Provenance: from the Aldrich bequest, listed in Archives 1717, item G21, as 'Holborn's Pavans, Galliards, &c.'; there is an equivalent entry in Dowding (main hand).

Upight format, 217 x 165 mm. Early C20th bindings of limp vellum with ties; no trace remains of any earlier binding. No early bookplates. C19th shelfmarks: I.3.139-43.
