Manuscript. Daniel Roseingrave, 'Lord, thou art become gracious'. Score, copied probably c. 1682-4 by Henry Purcell, with title and text incipits added by Roseingrave.

Single sheet, oblong format, 415 x 324 mm., folded once, mounted impermanently on a cord within a loose paper bifolio, then within a modern card folder that also encloses Mus. 1215(2), then within an early early 20th-century folder of stiff card and vellum containing all 11 sections of Mus. 1215.

Provenance unknown. Not recorded in any Christ Church catalogue until Havergal Summary, where it is listed among the Portfolios at position I.2.α, item 5: 'An anthem by Rosingrave. MS.'; the portfolio reference 'I.2.α' is written in red crayon on f. 1v. No early bookplate.
