Upright format, 323 x 210 mm. Single sheet, pasted to a guard within a folder of modern card, mounted impermanently on a cord within an early 20h-century folder of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate. Formerly Mus. 1131, then 1132.

Provenance: presumably from the Aldrich bequest. Not recorded in any catalogue of the Christ Church collections until the 20th century.
