Manuscript. [Henry Hall Sr], ['Bless Albion, bless thy stars above'], instrumental 'Tune'; autograph. English, early C18th. At top, 'This Tune to be play'd just after the chorus when it is sung the first Time, just before these words (Let Love and Peace surround the Isle)'. Single sheet, upright format, 326 x 205 mm., at one time folded once vertically and once horizontally. Verso is unused ruled staves. Bound into Mus. 1141a, an early 20th-century guardbook of stiff card and vellum. No early bookplate.
