Archives MS Estates 22, ff. 2 and 9

Two non-adjacent leaves from a ?14th-century Sarum noted breviary, including chants for Palm Sunday and Holy Week. Used as wrappers for a late 14th-century endowment of the vicarage of Tolpuddle (Dorset), of which Christ Church was given the living in 1546. The bound endowment is now mounted on a guard within a modern guardbook.

Dimensions of the MS pages (which have not been trimmed before being used as wrappers): upright format, c. 257 x 190 mm.
